quality control procedure includes:
- In-coming raw material testing
- In process dimensional and visual checking
- Final dimensional checking and preparing internal inspection
reports.
- Third party inspection where insisted upon by customers. In
the past we have had third party inspection by Engineers India,
IDEA, PDIL, FEDO & BVQI.
- Measuring instruments are calibrated periodically by test houses
with traceable standards.
- Machinery are periodically inspected for condition and necessary
maintenance effected.
